Welcome to Amitrano Pscyhological Services, PLLC (DBA The Amitrano Center for Relational Healing) (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online services, and payment processing. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We provide mental health counseling services by licensed professionals. Services are available only to clients located in states where our providers are licensed. Our website and online portal may also be used for scheduling, communication, and payments.

Not for Emergencies: If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent, to receive services. By using our services, you confirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Payments may be made through secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe via Sessions Health).

  • Clients are responsible for all fees not covered by insurance, including co-pays, deductibles, or self-pay amounts.

  • We may require a valid credit or debit card to be kept on file.

  • Refunds: Payments for services rendered are generally non-refundable. Refunds for overpayment or billing errors will be issued promptly.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged a $50 fee.

5. Insurance Disclaimer

We may assist in submitting claims to insurance companies. However, insurance reimbursement is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for verifying coverage and for any balances not paid by insurance.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

We follow HIPAA regulations to protect your health information. Please see our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices for details on how your information is used and protected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the property of Amitrano Psychological Services, PLLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and reliable services. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Errors caused by third-party services (e.g., Sessions Health, Stripe).

  • Technical issues, downtime, or data breaches outside of our control.

  • Decisions you make based on information provided on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pulaski County.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
