I provide psychotherapy and psychological evaluations for adolescents, adults, and older adults.
Psychotherapy: I work with individuals and couples experiencing concerns related to ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. My primary therapeutic approach is Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), an attachment-based and emotion-focused therapy that helps clients better understand and process their experiences while developing healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
Psychological Evaluation: I provide comprehensive evaluations, including neuropsychological evaluations, to help clarify diagnoses and guide treatment planning. Common referral questions include ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, dementia and cognitive decline, memory concerns, and other conditions affecting thinking, attention, learning, or behavior. Evaluations typically include a clinical interview, standardized testing, integration of findings, individualized recommendations, and a comprehensive written report.
I routinely collaborate with primary care providers, neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated care.
Please Note: All services are provided within my education, training, supervised experience, and scope of professional competence. When a referral question falls outside my scope of competence, I will coordinate referral to an appropriate specialist. -
I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults seeking psychotherapy or psychological testing. Individuals seek psychological testing for many reasons, including diagnostic clarification for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, memory concerns, cognitive changes, learning or executive functioning difficulties, and treatment planning. Others seek psychotherapy to address concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, identities, and belief systems.

Every person brings a unique history and set of strengths. My goal is to provide a collaborative, respectful, and evidence-informed experience tailored to your individual needs.
In psychotherapy, treatment begins with developing a shared understanding of your concerns and identifying meaningful therapy goals. Sessions emphasize curiosity, emotional awareness, and practical change while progressing at a pace that feels appropriate for you.
All testing evaluations involve a clinical interview, standardized testing, interpretation of results, and individualized recommendations. Findings are integrated into a comprehensive written report designed to answer the referral question and provide practical guidance for treatment, school, work, or everyday functioning.
Whether we're working together through therapy or an evaluation, my goal is to help things make sense.

"Niko is an incredible therapist! He is approachable, personable, a great listener, and has a contagious positivity (he is a great light in the darkness!). I have heard numerous times Niko receive praises like "You are so kind, thank you so much for all you have done for me!" and "I don't know how I would have gotten through this year without you." 10/10 would recommend!"
