Attachment-Focused Couples Group Therapy is an experiential in-person psychotherapy group for couples seeking deeper emotional connection, greater relational understanding, and healthier patterns of communication. Grounded in attachment theory, relational process work, and embodied emotional awareness, this group offers couples the opportunity to explore recurring relational dynamics in a supportive and clinically facilitated setting.
Couples will deepen awareness of attachment patterns, emotional triggers, conflict cycles, vulnerability, and unmet relational needs while developing greater capacity for emotional attunement, authentic communication, and secure connection. Through guided process work, reflection, and shared relational experiences, participants are invited to strengthen emotional safety, intimacy, and responsiveness within their relationships.
-
This group is appropriate for couples wanting to improve connection, navigate recurring conflict, rebuild emotional closeness, or better understand the underlying emotional and attachment-based dynamics shaping their relationship. Additionally, this group may be particularly supportive for couples in which one or both partners are already participating in individual therapy and are seeking additional relational support, attachment-focused insight, and experiential interpersonal process work.
This group is not appropriate for couples experiencing active domestic violence, severe relational instability, acute psychiatric crisis, or alcohol and drug dependence.

Participation is limited to 3–5 couples per session to support depth-oriented process work and emotional safety. Couples may register for sessions throughout the summer series based on availability. Ongoing participation is encouraged to support continuity, relational insight, and therapeutic progress.
Due to limited group capacity, refunds will not be provided for missed sessions. With at least 48 hours advance notice, participants may request to transfer their registration to another available session within the summer series.
After registration, participants will receive a welcome email with instructions for completing required intake paperwork, consent forms, and brief clinical assessments through the client portal prior to participation.
